Ankit Tiwari and TYP

On 3rd October 2016, Bollywood star Ankit Tiwari officially became a Goodwill Ambassador for The Youth Project.

Tiwari, the singer behind the award wining movie soundtrack ‘Aashiqui 2’ and the chart topping single ‘Sunn Raha hai na tu, marked the occasion with a visit to a community centre in Ramapir no Tekro, built and operated by Manav Sadhna, one of The Youth Projects main partners in India. Singing with local children, signing autographs and sharing his own experiences as a young person, Ankit spent his afternoon with the community. Ankit said that he is really proud to be a part of The Youth Project and that he was ‘feeling honoured’. This comes as no surprise given Ankit’s innate good nature and desire to give back to society.
